The tall, slender form of float pilsner flute was inspired by the Czech glassblowers and the narrower glasses from which the nation’s pilsners are traditionally consumed. This format better highlights colour, clarity, and carbonation.
Each piece of float glassware is handcrafted by master glassblowers in the Czech Republic from the finest German borosilicate glass. This extremely pure and chemically inert material is resistant to thermal shock, allowing all float glassware to be used safely with both hot and cold liquids.

original design
Stephanie Forsythe and Todd MacAllen designed the float glassware collection to enhance the experience of daily routines through objects that emphasize the pleasure and delight of everyday moments.
thermal resistance
Made from borosilicate glass, the pilsner flute can be safely used with hot or cold liquids, and becomes the perfect serving vessel for cold-steeped teas, particularly when steeped in molo’s float tea lantern.

suspended bowl
The unique suspended bowl performs the practical function of insulating one’s hand from the drink and casts a colourful pattern of refracted light. When used for a chilled drink, small beads of condensation accumulate on the underbelly of the bowl, adding delicacy to the optical effect rather than leaving rings on a table or bar.
