ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted or given, except for damaged or defective products where molo is notified in writing within two business days of your receipt of the affected products by email or fax with photo evidence reasonably acceptable to molo of the damage or defect. You should immediately and fully inspect the products upon receipt for damage or defect. If any damages occur during installation, contact molo immediately and do not attempt to fix. Improper tampering of products may limit repair or replacement options.
molo reserves the right, as a condition to any exchange of damaged or defective products, to require you to return affected products to molo, at molo’s expense, or destroy affected products in accordance with molo’s instructions. molo has no obligation or liability in respect of any products that it reasonably determines are not defective or damaged, for any defect or damage that occurs after delivery to you, including that arise from your fault or use or wear, or for any notification or identification of defect or damage not timely given to molo.
Because all sales are final, molo offers assistance with selecting the products best suited to your needs.
