molo uses personal information to:

molo discloses personal information to:

storing of personal information
Your personal information is stored either at our premises or on our servers or the premises or servers of our service providers. molo retains your personal information in accordance with our record retention policies. Our record retention periods are established taking into account requirements of privacy laws, the purposes for which the information was collected, legal and regulatory requirements to retain the information for minimum periods, limitation periods for taking legal action, and our business needs.
cookies
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website sends to your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies on our site to remember items you have placed in a shopping cart and to facilitate the use of the shopping cart feature, provided through WooCommerce. Our website is hosted through WordPress. WordPress uses cookies to store encrypted information regarding your username and password, which automatically expires after two weeks. Yoast, a plugin which tracks SEO on molodesign.com, uses cookies for analytic purposes and may transmit this information to Google and other vendors. Yoast does not collect or share information that could be used to personally identify a site visitor. Jetpack, which we use to track visits to the website, stores anonymized details regarding pages visited and browsing behaviour, for the browsing session or up to two days. If you want to disable the use of cookies, you can set your browser to reject and block any new cookies. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of our sites.
other sites and social media
Our sites have links to other sites or services not provided by us, including social media sites that molo may use along with you. Those sites and services are not governed by this privacy policy. You should review the privacy policies of these other sites and services to determine if they are acceptable to you. molo is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of other sites and services.
safeguards
molo takes steps to protect your personal information in our custody and control from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration by using reasonable physical, organizational and technological security measures. Our authorized employees, representatives and agents will have access your personal information as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. To the extent molo has arrangements with service providers to store or process personal information on our behalf, our policy is to require them to by contractual or other means to provide comparable protection while the information is stored or processed by them. Please note that some of our service providers are located outside of Canada, including the United States, and as a result personal information may be transferred to these jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we will enter into additional contractual arrangements with these service providers to permit the transfer.
