design professional trade pricing · Canada

If you are a design trade professional—such as an interior designer, architect, set designer, contractor, or developer—you qualify for molo’s trade program. Trade pricing only applies to orders placed directly through molo’s dedicated sales team.

To receive the trade professional discount, eligible clients must read the following terms, and submit a signed copy as acknowledgement.

For Canadian purchases, molo maintains a standard price list in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Transport costs and taxes will be quoted separately on your invoice. As a design trade professional, you receive a volume-driven discount on the standard list price, with the exception of replacement items.

The discount tiers are as follows:

$ 3,000 – 4,999 15%
$ 5,000 – 9,999 20%
$ 9,000 and above 25%

media + representation

As a designer specifying molo products for projects, molo expects that products be well-represented and accurately installed. We request images of installations before a project is publicly revealed for our team to review and offer further advice or suggestions and ensure a beautiful and accurate setup for you and your client.

Where applicable, credit for molo products will be given as “Designed by Stephanie Forsythe + Todd MacAllen for molo.”

returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted or given, except for damaged or defective products where molo is notified in writing within two business days of receipt of the affected goods. You should immediately and fully inspect the products upon receipt for damage or defect. If any damages occur during installation, contact molo immediately and do not attempt to fix, as this may limit repair or replacement options

payment

Payment must be received in full before any goods are shipped. We accept payment in CAD by bank wire, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), or PayPal. We do not accept cheques. For credit card or PayPal payments over $5,000, a 3% processing fee will be charged.

shipping

Most orders are delivered by FedEx Economy service, with a typical transit time of 1 – 5 business days. Orders exceeding 100 kg or including oversize items may be shipped by freight forwarder and have a longer transit time (2 – 7 days). Your account manager will provide further shipment details upon confirmation of your order.

lead time for molo products

For most orders, goods are normally in stock and ready to ship. For larger orders, projects with fixed deadlines, or orders with custom colour softwall + softblock, please allow for up to 18 weeks lead time. Please ask an account manager about availability based on your timeline and project.
