shipping

Product orders are typically prepared to ship within 1 – 3 business days of acceptance by molo. You will receive tracking information the day your order ships. If products are out of stock at the time of your order, you will be contacted by molo regarding the next available ship date and may cancel your order if that ship date is not acceptable to you. All orders ship from the molo workshop in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ownership and risk of the products will pass to you on delivery.

shipping to the United States

Standard delivery is by FedEx International Priority service for most orders, with an estimated transit time of 3 – 5 days to the USA. Large orders and oversize items such as 10’ tall softwalls and cloud mast may ship by freight forwarder, with an estimated transit time of 3 – 6 days. If your order contains oversize items you will be contacted by molo with a shipping quote. Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and other charges not imposed by molo that you are responsible for. Clearing customs may delay delivery.

shipping to Europe

Standard delivery is by FedEx International Priority service for most orders, with an estimated transit time of 3 – 7 days to Europe. Large orders and oversize items such as 10’ tall softwalls and cloud mast may ship by freight forwarder, with an estimated transit time of 7 – 10 days. If your order contains oversize items you will be contacted by molo with a shipping quote. Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and other charges not imposed by molo that you are responsible for. Clearing customs may delay delivery.

shipping to Canada

Standard delivery is by FedEx Ground service for most orders, with an estimated transit time of 2 – 7 days. Large orders and oversize items such as 10’ tall softwalls and cloud mast will ship by freight forwarder, with an estimated transit time of 2 – 7 days. If your order contains oversize items you will be contacted by molo with a shipping quote.

 

shipping to all other countries

Standard delivery is by FedEx International Priority service for most orders, with an estimated transit time of 3 – 7 days. Large orders and oversize items such as 10’ tall softwalls and cloud mast will ship by freight forwarder, with an estimated transit time of 7 – 10 days. If your order contains oversize items you will be contacted by molo with a shipping quote. Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and other charges not imposed by molo that you are responsible for. If your order requires specialized customs documentation, you will be contacted prior to shipping and an additional shipping charge of $200 will apply.
